With the advent of innovation in the world, the spread of diseases has also increased exponentially. In the twentieth century, cancer has emerged as one of the deadliest diseases in the world and has so far caused the loss of millions of precious lives. Breast cancer is one of the deadliest diseases. We have all heard and read about this cancer, but even today most people find it inconvenient to talk about breast cancer.
Most people ignore breast cancer awareness advertisements and related news and do not want to hear or talk about it. According to a report by the Indian Council of Medical Research, 15 to 20 women are diagnosed with breast cancer in the world every year. Less than a per cent and 1 in 9 women may be at risk for breast cancer.
Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer in women. The disease was first found in women between the ages of 45 and 60, but now it has been reported in large numbers in young women as well. It is found in large numbers in developing countries as well as in developed countries. Breast cancer is mainly caused by uncontrolled growth in the tissues of ducts and lobes.
Abnormal growth can cause a lump or lump in the breast. If there are similar symptoms in the armpits other than the breast, there is a risk of breast cancer.
Breast cancer is a diabetic disease, meaning it can be passed from one generation to another. There are basically four stages of breast cancer. The first two stages are largely treatable, but the third and fourth stages. The disease is almost incurable.
In the first stage of breast cancer, a small lump develops in the breast and sometimes there is a slight sensation of pain. The first stage determines that cancer has now begun to damage the tissues freely. When this happens, the gland grows and the second stage of the disease begins and this gland begins to spread, spreading to the roots, and enters the lymph nodes.
In the second stage, the tumour is about the size of a walnut or a lemon. In the second stage, the disease is curable, even without much surgery. It can spread further to the bones and armpits, and it can even get close to the eyelash skin. At this stage, blood also starts leaking from the body.
In the fourth and final stage, cancer spreads from the lymph nodes to other parts of the chest and gradually spreads to the bones, lungs, liver and brain. Life is wasted.
Mammography is used to identify breast cancer. These tumours are diagnosed with the help of a special X-ray inside the memory and thus the diagnosis can be made to prevent it from spreading further.
Treatment Breast cancer patients require surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormone replacement therapy. In the third and fourth stages of the disease, the affected part of the breast is removed from the body in the process of chemotherapy for treatment. This process is temporarily painful as well as long-term, feminine, mental and domestic. But it causes a lot of problems.
The most effective way to prevent breast cancer for women is regular screening. The disease is diagnosed free of cost in many health centres in Pakistan. Women between the ages of 40 and 50 should be diagnosed with the disease on an annual basis. Lack of a balanced diet, depression and loneliness are a major cause of cancer. According to doctors, breastfeeding your infants instead of canned milk can also be very helpful in preventing breast cancer.
In many parts of the world, October is celebrated as Breast Cancer Awareness Day and a worldwide awareness campaign on November 20 is called Pink Day.
Breast cancer treatment is one of the most painful and expensive procedures and the affected patient and his family face many problems during its treatment.
