Treatment of scalded skin

God has created man from noble creatures and he has developed well with the help of his intellect and mind and this continuity is maintained. Man makes what he sees and feels around him a part of his research. Kangaroos, for example, naturally raise their newborn baby after birth by placing it in a sac that is attached to the female's abdomen for the same purpose, in which she is attached while carrying her baby, in which she She carries her children around.

In fact, a baby kangaroo is the size of a human finger and continues to suckle until it is able to walk and thus develop. Today, organ transplants are used to treat any part of the body that is affected, but recently doctors in Brazil have tried amazing techniques to prevent a person from becoming disabled.

Carlos Mariotti, 42, of Lenz, in southern Brazil, had his left forearm peeled off in an office accident. It is usually difficult to amputate a hand, but doctors have placed a hand inside the abdomen to protect it from disability so that the skin can re-emerge quickly and the patient does not lose the hand. The hand will now stay in the soft tissue bag inside the abdomen for six weeks, after which the condition will be reviewed.

According to Dr. Boris Bernardo, who performed this unique operation, Carlos suffered an injury that caused the skin on the back of his palm and arm to fall off, leaving bones and veins visible. "It's a big injury and the only way we can recover from it is to put it in our stomachs because there is a risk of infection if we stay outside," he said.

Carlos will now stay in Santa Otilia Hospital for six weeks and considers himself lucky. "I still get emotional thinking about the accident, but when the doctors told me about the hand loss, I realized the seriousness of it," he said. Now that hand is on his stomach as if it had been "put in his pocket" and the doctors have told him to move it slowly so that he does not become arrogant. According to Carlos, moving his fingers inside his body feels very strange and frightening.

In view of this, I joined Dermatology and did MCPS from College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan in 1993 and FCPS in Dermatology in 1999. ” Head of the Department, Professor of Dermatology, SIMS Services Hospital, Prof. Dr. Shahbaz Aman said, “Skin is directly affected by weather effects. In cold weather, where there are colds, flu, coughs, fevers, infections and other illnesses, this season is also very important in terms of skin diseases.

Many skin diseases get worse in cold weather which can be cured only with special care and timely treatment. Problems increase more quickly in winter than in summer. In summer, sweat and grease do not dry out the skin, while in winter, air humidity is relatively low. The air absorbs moisture from the body and increases the risk of dry, rough, cracked and itchy skin.

This also increases the dryness of the skin. Like other parts of the body, the scalp becomes dry in winter. Dry head complaints are common. Dryness of the scalp affects the hair follicles and weakens the hair. It also happens that the dryness of the scalp reaches our eyebrows and ears and this creates a state of restlessness and discomfort.

"The fungus causes a patch on the scalp where the hair flies," he said. The fungus affects the head, face, body and nails. Most of the women working in water ie washing dishes wash their fingernails. The different colours of the nails become black, green and brown and the nails become inflamed. The fungus grows due to water and injury.

People with sensitive skin may have seen a spike in the skin on any part of the body, which is commonly called a fungus. It is also a fungus. Eczema is also called a fungus. Dry skin on our hands and feet feels itchy, especially in winter. It can also be a type of eczema, which needs to be treated.

In industrialized countries around the world, the incidence of eczema has risen by 3%. This skin disease causes itching, inflammation and red rashes on the skin. Some of the main symptoms of this disease include itching, skin inflammation, dryness, bleeding, skin rash. Causes include food allergies such as milk, egg allergies, pets, household dust, dust, pollen, etc.

Worldwide, 15% to 20% of children and about 3% of adults are affected by the disease. To reduce eczema, avoid bathing with soap or shampoo that affects the skin. Prof. Dr. Shahbaz Aman said, “If the itching caused by dry skin is not treated, it can affect the whole body. Many patients consider it a minor and seasonal problem and use common lotions and moisturizers to get rid of it, but they do not help, but in some cases increase the complaint.

They should consult a dermatologist immediately, as the complaint can spread from one person to another. Use In this way, other members of the household will be protected from the disease. Itching spreads rapidly. Babies, especially newborns, have very sensitive skin and can be affected by itchy skin. ”

Prof. Dr. Shahbaz Aman, in response to a question, said, "In cold weather, more or less everyone faces skin problems such as dry skin, cracked lips and heels, peeling of the skin of the hands and fingers." Swelling etc. Due to lack of moisture on the skin in winter, the skin of the face and hands and feet and lips start cracking.

In this way, everyone's lips remain dry in the cold, but those whose skin is sensitive, their lips are badly affected. They should use lip palm to solve this problem. Do not move your tongue on the lips. Massage the lips from the top before going to bed at night and massage with olive oil during the day. It is also beneficial to apply equal amount of coconut and almond oil on the lips.

Women with dry skin should choose a moisturizer that provides the required amount of moisture to the skin. Sensitive skin needs special attention in winter. Women with oily skin generally think that because their skin is oily, it will not be dry and does not require much care, although oily women also need regular moisturizers and natural skin ingredients. Should be used.

Some women also turn black, so if cold winds start blowing, the use of soap on the face should be reduced as much as possible, as it dries the skin. To keep the skin fresh, drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Whenever you wash your face, hands and feet, use cold cream or lotion to protect against dryness. Keep the amount of moisturizer on the face slightly.

Remove excess grease with a cotton ball or tissue roll as excess grease can cause rashes on the face. Place a wet towel on the face and press lightly or splash water on the face then pat the face with the towel then apply moisturizer immediately. Dry skin consists of very fine pores. Dry skin looks good in adolescence, but as it gets older, if it is not taken care of properly, deep lines will start forming on it prematurely and the skin will become rough and cracked.

With a little care, dry skin can look just like normal skin. It is possible to get rid of dry skin, albeit temporarily. The most worrying thing for people with such skin is that when they reach the age of 20 or 25, wrinkles start appearing on their face, especially with women. This problem is common. Taking a bath with hot water for a long time also causes dryness of the skin, so when taking a bath in cold weather, make sure that the water is semi-warm and the duration of the bath should not exceed ten minutes.

Also, to protect the skin, take baby oil or any other oil in the water and take a few drops of it before bathing. Massage on the body with mustard or coconut oil. This method is very helpful in keeping the skin fresh. Also, after bathing, dry the body thoroughly and massage with a good body lotion. It is also beneficial to wash your face every night before going to bed and apply a good cold cream.

To protect the skin from dryness in winter, wash your face with mild soap and water before going to bed at night, and clean the skin with Deppur cleanser. Apply petroleum jelly on hands and feet at night while sleeping. Special care should be taken while applying make-up in cold weather. Use a standard moisturizer before make-up so that the skin stays soft and smooth and the make-up does not feel dry and cracked.

Water use should be increased in winter. Tea and coffee consumption should be reduced as their consumption increases the excretion of water from the body. At the same time, a balanced diet is important. Moisturizers available in the form of ointments to protect dry skin give better results. Women can keep their dry skin healthy and fresh by drinking plenty of water daily.

One of the biggest problems in winter is cracked heels which not only cause discomfort but also look ugly. Mix one tablespoon of lemon juice, two pinches of crushed alum in four tablespoons of glycerin and apply on cracked heels two or three times a day. At night, mix salt and a tablespoon of mustard oil in warm water and keep both feet in it for ten minutes, then clean with a brush or soft brush. Sleep with socks on.
